Clean List

Level 1 is for "broom swept" move-out clean. This gets rid of the moving mess but the house will usually require more cleaning.

Level 2 is for someone moving in or out. This level satisfies most people. The house is very clean but not perfect. This is also what people choose for getting their house ready to be put on the market.

Level 3 is usually for someone moving into a house who wants it as close to perfect as it can be. Just about every surface is touched. This requires a lot of time.

Where it says optional, those are things that people sometimes want on that level of clean but not always. It is up to you.

This chart is just a guideline, you can pick and choose what you would like done.

Cost

I charge by the hour. Time starts when I arrive and ends when I am loaded up and done. I will give you a price range of the minimum to the maximum you will expect to pay. Your price will depend on the size of your house, what condition it is in, and what you want cleaned. Payment is due upon completion. I accept check, cash, and Venmo.

What I Cannot Do

I cannot work without power or hot water.

I cannot make neglected surfaces look brand new. I will do my absolute best, but somethings are forever stained and etched.

I cannot clean if I cannot get into the home.

I will not clean a house that has been smoked in.

I cannot clean a house that had a hoarder in it. If you are unsure as to whether or not it is a hoarder situation, assume it is. I am not equipped to clean that type of house.

I like to work within a 40-minute drive from my house. I live in the Old Hickory/Mt. Juliet area. If unsure, you can always ask.

I have a $150 minimum. Most cleans will meet or most likely exceed that.

I do not do post construction cleans, I am not equipped for that type of clean.
